You put your ingredients into a pot the night before, and it’s ready for you to enjoy or take to work with you in the morning!

Overnight oats are delicious and they’re aso great for ensuring yourself a nutritious breakfast if you don’t usually get time to make one.

Ingredients

  • 75g rolled oats

  • 1 medium carrot, grated

  • 1/4 tsp ground mixed spice

  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein

  • 200ml almond milk

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

Method

  • Mix all the ingredients except for the yogurt in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a sealable container and leave in the fridge overnight.
  • To serve, remove the lid and add the yogurt.
