Ingredients
75g rolled oats
1 medium carrot, grated
1/4 tsp ground mixed spice
1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein
200ml almond milk
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Method
- Mix all the ingredients except for the yogurt in a bowl. Pour the mixture into a sealable container and leave in the fridge overnight.
- To serve, remove the lid and add the yogurt.
