Ingredients
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1/2 cup coconut water
1 medium banana
20g raisins
1 tsp peanut butter
Method
- Add the oats, coconut water, 3/4 cup of water, and half the sliced banana into a saucepan. Allow to simmer for around 10 minutes until all the liquid has been absorbed. (Or just zap it in the microwave for a few minutes.) Then, stir in the peanut butter and allow to cook for another couple of minutes to let it melt in.
- Pour the cooked oats into a bowl, add the rest of the banana and the raisins.
