These Easy Banana Pancakes are made with just 2 ingredients! They’re family-friendly, great for toddlers and high in protein!

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

  • 2 medium bananas, ripe

  • 1 tsp honey

  • 12 sprays 1-kcal cooking spray

Method

  • Use a blender or food processor to blitz together the eggs and 1 of the bananas.
  • Place a large non-stick frying pan over a medium heat. Once it’s heated up, cover with 6 sprays of the cooking spray.
  • Add two tbsp of the mixture to the pan for each pancake. You should fit on 2 or 3 at a time.
  • Cook for around a minute until the bottom is brown and golden, then gently turn over. Cook the other side for another minute or so until golden brown. Flip again as needed.Slice the other banana. Serve the pancakes warm with the sliced banana and drizzled honey on top.
