Ingredients

  • 1/2 kiwi, peeled and roughly chopped

  • 1/4 avocado

  • 15g fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped

  • 1 green apple, cored and roughly chopped

  • 25g spinach

  • 1 scoop (30g) vanilla whey protein

Method

  • Blend all of the ingredients together. Add water as necessary until smooth.
