Morning oats are great. You can add your fave fruit, nuts, even a bit of chocolate! Plus, by switching your milk it’s easy to make it vegan!
50g rolled oats
150ml oat milk
10g almonds, crushed
20g blueberries, frozen
10g goji berries
- Mix the oats and milk. Place in a microwave and cook for 90 seconds. Stir and cook for longer if needed to your desired consistency.
- Add all other ingredients and mix. Leave to cool for 1 minute and serve.
