Morning oats are great. You can add your fave fruit, nuts, even a bit of chocolate! Plus, by switching your milk it’s easy to make it vegan!

Ingredients

  • 50g rolled oats

  • 150ml oat milk

  • 10g cashews

  • 10g almonds, crushed

  • 20g blueberries, frozen

  • 10g goji berries

Method

  • Mix the oats and milk. Place in a microwave and cook for 90 seconds. Stir and cook for longer if needed to your desired consistency.
  • Add all other ingredients and mix. Leave to cool for 1 minute and serve.
