Perfect for a packed lunch, a picnic or any kind of lunch!

Ingredients

  • 100g grilled chicken slices

  • 1 tbsp light mayonnaise

  • 1 95g ciabatta roll

  • 20g cheddar cheese, grated

  • 4 sprays 1-kcal cooking spray

  • 20g baby leaf salad

Method

  • Slice the ciabatta across the middle.
  • Add your salad, chicken, cheese and mayonnaise.
  • Press the top half down squashing the filling inside and spray the outside of the ciabatta with cooking spray.
  • Place in a panini or George Foreman style grill and hold the top down until the cheese has melted.

Notes

    This Chicken Panini is honestly unreal. Absolutely perfect for a packed lunch, a picnic or any kind of lunch for that matter!
