Ingredients
100g grilled chicken slices
1 tbsp light mayonnaise
1 95g ciabatta roll
20g cheddar cheese, grated
4 sprays 1-kcal cooking spray
20g baby leaf salad
Method
- Slice the ciabatta across the middle.
- Add your salad, chicken, cheese and mayonnaise.
- Press the top half down squashing the filling inside and spray the outside of the ciabatta with cooking spray.
- Place in a panini or George Foreman style grill and hold the top down until the cheese has melted.
