Super simple: just chop up some strawberries, sprinkle over some almond flakes and away you go.

Remember if you’re aiming for more protein all you need to do is add a scoop of your favourite protein powder and make sure your overall calories are in check.

We’ve got another tasty oats recipe for you. Super simple: just chop up some strawberries, sprinkle over some almond flakes and away you go.

Ingredients

  • 70g rolled oats

  • 120ml semi-skimmed milk

  • 60g strawberries (chopped)

  • 10g almond flakes

Method

  • Mix the oats and milk. Place in a microwave and cook for 1.5 minutes. (Or longer to your desired consistency.)
  • Add the strawberries and mix then leave to cool for 1 minute.
  • Top with the almond flakes to serve.
