Ingredients
70g rolled oats
120ml semi-skimmed milk
60g strawberries (chopped)
10g almond flakes
Method
- Mix the oats and milk. Place in a microwave and cook for 1.5 minutes. (Or longer to your desired consistency.)
- Add the strawberries and mix then leave to cool for 1 minute.
- Top with the almond flakes to serve.
