Ingredients

  • 1 medium banana

  • 80g frozen spinach

  • 80g frozen pineapple chunks

  • 250 ml coconut milk (the carton one, not the tinned one)

  • 1 tbsp honey

Method

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender, blend it all until it’s nice and smooth, pour it out and enjoy.
