1 medium banana
80g frozen spinach
80g frozen pineapple chunks
250 ml coconut milk (the carton one, not the tinned one)
1 tbsp honey
- Add all the ingredients into a blender, blend it all until it’s nice and smooth, pour it out and enjoy.
